Both formulas are the same. Some hair dressers prefer to work with the white powder because it is easier to see the bleaching process while using the white powders. Other more experiences hair dressers prefer to use the blue powder as it helps to reduce the brassiness effect that sometimes occur after the hair is bleached. How often do you ship?
We ship 5 days a week, Monday – Friday. If your order is received by 5:00PM EST, your order will be shipped the same day. We hand deliver all packages to the post office the same day.
During the holidays (December 1 st

) we ship 6 days a week (Sunday – Friday). My package is marked ship; why can’t I track the status on the USPS site?
