Up for sale is a lot of 2 brand new Ion Color Brilliance Permanent Hair Color 5RV Light Burgundy Brown Tube intensive shine as well as 1 new ion professional hair color kit. This was delivered to be by mistake, I have no use for it, and it’s 100% new and unopened. I would say it’s still sealed but there were no stickers to seal it.

Shipping Warning: I have noticed a major decline in shipping speeds while using USPS.
