The crystals are genuine Austrian Crystal elements fully cut and full of sparkle and high quality. This color is Sapphire color blue. Attention getting and feminine and perfect for any special occasion, even every day wear!  The comb measures 4 1/4  inches wide by 3 1/2 inches from the top of the comb (crystals) to the bottom of the teeth. The comb is not made in France. The name french twist comb refers to the size of the comb- large- and meant for a french twist or up do hair style. Perfect for any special occasion and makes a wonderful brides something blue. Brand new and in perfect condition. Sent boxed for protection in shipping.
