I have added large 8 mm in diameter Aquamarine color high quality AAA Austrian crystal rhinestones in a silver plated metal bezel chain to the comb. The comb measures 4 1/4 inches wide by 3 3/8 inches long (from the top of the comb to the bottom of the teeth). The rhinestone crystals are pointy back and high quality glass. Light weight at 0.8 ounces and light and easy to wear. Hand made with love and sent boxed along with a pretty organza gift bag. Coin is for sizing only and not included.
