I have watched all the DVD's and they played perfectly. The case is cracked at the bottom, see pics. Thank you for your interest and taking your time to look at my item. With all of the issues and life changing that Covid has brought us, the USPS has also been greatly affected by this. From time to time, there seems to be packages that take longer than expected to be delivered, especially Media Mail. I will make sure to get your package scanned in at the Post Office within the time allotted to me, which is usually 2 days, but after that I cannot control what happens inside the Post office.
