Its low volume developer penetrates the outer cuticle of hair, creating a semi-permanent coating of color that gradually washes away with time.
FOAM, RINSE, AND POOF: This unique foaming hair color is easy to apply and mess-free. Pump up a good lather and apply Color Cloud all over dry hair. Relax for 30 minutes, rinse, and voila! If you want even more color, apply anything left over in your bottle after 20-25 minutes and let the foam sit for an additional 10-15 minutes. Easy application even for first timers.
