Joico Color Intensity Semi-Permanent Cobalt Blue - 4oz Semi-permanent dye that deposits color molecules on top of the hair. No developer is needed. Squeeze color directly from tube into a bowl and apply to hair. Intermixable with other Joico Color Intensity Semi-Permanent shades for endless creative possibilities. Color lasts up to 20 shampoos or more. To maximum longevity of results only shampoo hair as often as needed, use color-safe shampoo and conditioner, and minimize direct exposure to sunlight and chlorine. To get a true-to-color result, apply color to pre-lightened hair. The lighter the hair is before coloring, the more vibrant the result will be. Contains Quadramine Complex and Kukui Nut Oil which strengthen and condition hair while coloring. Directions : Wearing gloves to avoid staining, apply color to clean, dry hair. Process for20 minutes.
