MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix 1:1 (equal parts color and 5 Volume LumiShine Developer)
Ideal viscosity for drip-free bottle application. Pour developer in bottle and add color. Place finger over bottle cap and shake to mix thoroughly.
