This listing is for silicone-lined , Micro-Links , also known as Micro Rings or Beads. They are primarily used for installing i tip prebonded hair and feather extensions. These Micro-Links are small, round beads made of lightweight aluminum that are lined with silicone to protect the hair and secure a fine hold. These beads are can be used  multiple times.
Installation and Removal of Silicone Micro Rings
The installation process is very easy and does not require heat or glue.
After choosing the color that will most closely match the hair:

Separate a small strand of hair and thread it through the micro-link bead to the appropriate level of placement.

Next, thread the tip of any desired hair extension through the micro-link bead along side the strand of hair.

Hold in place, then clamp down the micro-link bead with pliers.

The micro-link bead should then look like a small flat rectangle and should securely hold the extension along side the strand of hair.
TO REMOVE: Gently take hold of the micro-link bead and using a pair of pliers, clamp down the opposite way to open the bead and loosen the hold on the hair.
