For Damaged / Incorrect Merchandise If you are received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to obtain an RA and instructions on how to return the damaged or incorrect item. Please keep any original packing materials that came with your shipment in case the shipping carrier wants to do an investigation. Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at our warehouse, the replacement item(s) will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge. For Unwanted Items If you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to obtain and RA and instructions on how to return the unwanted item. Then, you must ship the item in new condition, unworn and unwashed with the original tags, stickers and in its original packaging back to our warehouse at your expense. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the original purchase price of the item. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
