Effective in neutralizing odor built up on wigs. Direction : SHAKE bottle well to activate. For extended hair freshness between shampoos, spray wet or dry hair lightly. Do not rinse. Protect eyes during application. For perm odors, spray and distribute throughout hair then rinse and repeat. Exchange/Return Policy All exchanges and returns must have original tags and must be in the same condition as when originally received to receive full refund. Please include the packing list that was originally in shipment. We do have the right to send item back and cancel refund if these conditions are not met. For Damaged / Incorrect Merchandise If you are received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to obtain an RA and instructions on how to return the damaged or incorrect item. Please keep any original packing materials that came with your shipment in case the shipping carrier wants to do an investigation. Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at our warehouse, the replacement item(s) will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge. For Unwanted Items: If you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to obtain and RA and instructions on how to return the unwanted item. Then, you must ship the item in new condition, unworn and unwashed with the original tags, stickers and in its original packaging back to our warehouse at your expense.
