Returns & Wig PolicyColor & Style: Because color can vary by screen and lighting, and styles may look different on different faces, these issues are not considered defects.
For sanitary reasons and to protect all of our customers, wigs are not returnable except in the rare case of a clear mistake on our end (incorrect item shipped).
NO RETURNS ON WIGS FOR SANITARY REASONSPlease choose carefully. Not liking the color, style, density, or fit does not make the item defective.
If you open a return for color or style reasons that were chosen by you, we may need to report this to eBay. eBay’s guarantee is that you receive the item you ordered – not that you will like every aspect of it.
If you believe you received the wrong style or color, please message us through eBay with:
- The style and color you ordered
- The style and color printed on the tag attached to the wig
- A clear photo of the tag showing the incorrect item

Condition of Accepted Returns (non-wig items): Items must be in pristine, resaleable condition with all packaging, tags and nets exactly as received. Altered, worn or damaged items are not eligible for return. If a return is accepted, a 25% restocking fee and original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
