Pulp Riot Semi-Permanent Color 4oz - Noir (Black) High-qualitysemi-permanent, direct-dye color with a conditioner base that is easy to apply,vibrant, long-lasting, fades beautifully (true to original tone) and is easy toremove. Can be mixed with any other Pulp Riot semi-permanent hair color(s) tocreate a more pigmented custom color. To maximize longevity of results: only use color-safeshampoo and conditioner, shampoo hair only as often as needed using cool water,and minimize exposure to direct sunlight and chlorine. Directions :Shampoo hair prior to applying color and skip conditioner. If pre-lighteninghair, completely shampoo out bleach or toner prior to applying color. Do notmix color with a developer. Apply to clean, dry hair. Saturate hair thoroughlyworking with ½ inch sections. Leave color on for 25 to 45 minutes, withoutheat. Rinse thoroughly with cool water. Do not shampoo for at least 48 hoursafter application.
