Use whenever coloring directions call for 20 volume developer. How To Use To create 10 Volume mix equal parts of distilled water and 20 Volume. Excellent gray coverage Gentle floral fragrance Great conditioning Use with Wella Colour Charm liquid hair color for vibrant, long lasting, fade resistant results. Mix 1 part Wella Colour Charm Colour (or any permanent hair color) with 2 parts Well Colour Charm Cream Developer. Apply to the hair using your desired technique, develop for 30 minutes and up to 45 minutes if additional depth or gray coverage is needed.
